Are you insured?

Yes, up to 2M.

Which areas do you cover?

We offer mobile cover for Kent & surrounding areas. We are based near Snodland, Kent

Do I need to supply water & electric?

You don’t need to supply water, as I carry my own on the van. However, I will need access to a plug socket for power. I do carry a 20-meter electric cable, so I can connect to a socket within that range.

Do I need to be present during the service?

You do not need to be present during the service, as long as I have access to a plug socket for electricity and the vehicle is unlocked if any interior valeting is required. I carry a 20-meter electric cable, so the socket can be within that range. If preferred, we can also arrange key collection and return for added convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept both bank transfers and cash payments for your convenience. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.

Can you clean cars with child seats installed?

We can clean your car with a child seat installed; however, we will work around the seat as we are unable to remove or reinstall child seats for insurance and safety reasons. For the best results, we recommend removing the child seat prior to our visit.

Can you clean caravans, motorhomes, or larger vehicles?

Yes, we can clean caravans, motorhomes and larger vehicles. For motorhomes this is limited to the exterior and the interior of the front cab area. We can also provide occasional stain removal using a wet vac for other seats located in the vehicle.

For caravans, we generally only clean the exterior but may be able to offer some interior services upon request. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

What happens if it rains during my appointment?

If we are carrying out a paint enhancement, paint correction, or applying a ceramic coating, we will not be able to proceed if it is raining. However, if you have a suitable garage or covered area, we may still be able to carry out the service. For standard valeting services, we can usually continue working in light rain, but in the case of heavy rain, we may need to reschedule.

Do you need a flat or paved surface to work?

We do not require a flat or paved surface to work, but the area should not be too steep, as this could pose a safety risk. Paved surfaces are not necessary, provided the ground is stable and safe to work on.
